Karma Rescue

"I'm your HERO!! Dads just driving."

My van's brakes were squeaking so we took the van into the shop to have them looked at. Cody asked me which vehicle I wanted to take to work the next day. I told him I didn't want to take the car because it had a history of not starting (but we just replaced the battery the week before).
I took the truck to work. When I got there the shuttle was there so I was in a hurry to get out of the truck. The radio and lights weren't going off which is normal for it, but I forgot because I don't drive it much and it threw me off.
That night I got off the shuttle and pushed the unlock button on the fob and nothing happened. I thought it was weird, but just unlocked the door with the key. The light didn't go on either, but again I don't drive it very much so wasn't sure what was "normal". Then when I tried to start the truck NOTHING happened. It was then that I noticed that I forgot to unplug my electric blanket.
Then I had to make "The Call", meaning I had to call Cody and have him come rescue me in the car that I refused to drive. It was officially a Karma Rescue.
When the pulled up Gavin got out and said "I'm your HERO!! Dads just driving." Ha Ha Ha
