Rush Funplex

Crystal (a travel RN) at work told me about this place in Syracuse which is close to Layton where Chloe's appt was. After lunch we surprised the kids and took them. They had no idea this was happening. I was so giddy for them.
I figured we would be there for a few hours, but we ended up being there just over 8 hours!! It went by so fast though and we all had so much fun!
They had 33 bowling lanes, black light mini golf, Laser Tag, bumper cars, rock climbing walls, foam pit, roller skating ring and the entire 2nd level was a black light Go Kart track! Everything was all inclusive except for the arcade and food. The kids would play one thing until they got sick of it and would move on to another. They hardly fought about anything and I didn't hear one "I'm bored" the entire day! (Please let Disneyland go this well!)
I swear she is not human!! I could never do this!
Chloe's first rock wall experience

 He was so determined!

 There went my first dollar!
Mason was the first one to head over to the red and white walls. They were almost twice as high as the blue ones.
 ...and another dollar...
 and another....
 ...and another...
Mason was holding up 3 fingers. They were all so timid at the beginning that I told them I would given them a dollar every time I saw them touch the top. I ended up around $20 poorer by the end of the night!
Mason and Chloe weren't able to drive the larger go karts upstairs so they were pretty excited when we found these.
 Bumper cars
She is so much braver than I ever thought she would be.

 Skating with my boys
Mason spent the first part of our skating on the floor. He kept falling down over and over again, but every time he would fall, he would get right back up again. I told him I was so proud of him for getting up every time he fell.
I love it when Cody takes pictures of me with the kids.

Gavin was one more car back and I couldn't see him

All of us except Gavin ended up on the red team

 Last skate of the day!
(Chloe's face!! hahaha)
Gavin didn't think that I would be able to rock climb and I wanted to show him otherwise so bad!! I can too!! But, I remembered the last time he dared me (think 3rd platform at Lava and a displaced sacrum) so I resisted.
Well, I threw on some skated and decided to skate the last skate with them. I ended up loosing my footing, my skates went out from under me and BAM!! I hit the ground, HARD!! Cody said I just laid there for a minute, but I don't remember that part so it must have knocked me out for a minute. I remember blacking out for a second and my left hand going numb from hitting my elbow so hard and the pain! My hip and neck hurt sooo bad!! I managed to get back up and skate off the floor with Cody's help. Then I just laid on the picnic table wanting to puke because I hurt so bad.
After awhile I was still hurting so bad that I actually started googling hotels near me because I didn't think I could make the drive home.
I finally started feeling better and the kids were done skating at that point so we let them go play some arcades while I rested a little more. I could walk, but it hurt. It got to the point where I was OK as long as I was sitting so we headed for home.
It was after 9 and there wasn't much left open so we stopped at Burger King for dinner. We found the funnest round bench in the corner to eat. We finally started our 3 hour drive home around 9:30 pm. I had no idea when we left this morning that we wouldn't be coming home until the next day! haha! Other than my tangle with the skating rink floor, we had a good day!
